    For assistance with use of this site, please call the Office of Professional Regulation at 515-348-4670. Assistance is available during normal business hours. The assistance available includes help logging in to the site, lost passwords, CLE and client security reporting requirements, extensions, approval of CLE events, or similar matters.

    March 11, 2024, was the deadline to file your annual reports without a late fee. The late fees will increase by $50 each month on the 11th, so please get your reports filed!

    If you are short CLE hours for the 2023 calendar year you will need an extension, which can be requested from your main page once you log in. Extension requests are $100.

    In order to file your CLE report you'll need to have 15 hours of CLE, 1 hour of which must be accredited for legal ethics and 1 hour accredited for either attorney wellness OR diversity/inclusion. Attorneys admitted in calendar year 2023 do not have a CLE obligation but must still file a 2024 CLE report.

    Don't forget that you also need to file a Client Security report. This is true regardless of whether or not you have a trust account or are engaged in the practice of law.

    Attorneys who are already in EXEMPT status are only required to file an Annual Exempt Attorney Report and pay a $50 Annual Exempt Fee.

    If you no longer wish to have an active law license, you can request to "go inactive" on your main page once you log in. There is a $50 fee to go inactive.

    What's New

    If you forgot your password, simply:

    1. Click on "Forgot Password" by the Login button

    2. Put your USERNAME in the box that pops up and click on Email Me

    3. The system will send a password reset email to you. Click on the link in the email. That will take you to the "Change Password" function. Put in your new password. Helpful hint: clicking on the little "eyes' will let you see what you type!

    4. That will bring you back to the main log in screen, and you can log in using the username and password you just submitted

    5. You'll might then be asked to provide answers to your security questions.
